Pipe Finishing touches.

These photo's show details of the inside of the whistles. I was recommended from a utube tutorial (listed on the right) that the bottom lip of the whistle should not be too sharp an angle so I sanded a flatter bottom edge.

First class...Look excellent.
One thing you can do before fixing on the fronts is to rub a soft pencil along the inside edge of the lower lip. The graphite is said to lubricate the air flow.
PS Don't stick on the fronts until you have voiced them at working pressure.
I noticed that you haven't mitred the large pipes. Are you planning on a large case?
You seem to be able to make pipes quicker than me !

I'd like to point out that I made the pipes a month or 2 so ago. I now have the whole organ together. So not that fast. Thanks for the tips. I've found that the pipes sound better when I play them than when the organ plays them so there must be some error in pressure or something.
