Presure box putting together.

The Laser cutter did miss small areas. This meant carefully sanding down and prising out the parts.

All the parts slotted into each other really well. So the extra time spent cutting out card prototypes of the pressure box was well spent. It was important to stick all the parts using vices to get a good seal. The whole box needs to be air tight.

I realised that I had not cut out a hole for the clutch mechanism so I used a drill with a flexible hose end to get into that part of the pressure box.

As it was laser cut out it was good and square.

The pressure box needed to be supported with a series of wooden batons. This was to ensure that it could withstand the pressure of the air being pumped into it all the time the organ is playing.
